Children's Lake

We recently took advantage of a beautiful spring day at a lake not far from our house; Children's Lake to be more specific.  It's a great place to enjoy a picnic, take a walk and feed the ducks (which is actually encouraged, a rare find).  We had a great time together outside without tv and without spending money.  I love days like that!

I have not posted in a while and have a lot of catching up to do.  I hope I can carve out some quality blogging time within the next couple of weeks.  Until then, I wanted to post this recent family photo from Easter.   I love it!
