S'mores

A few weeks ago while the kids and I were visiting my parents for a couple of days we spent a nice evening outside in the backyard.  Scott had fun painting, pushing Colin in the swing and best of all...making S'mores!  He did a great job waiting patiently for the flames to subside a bit and then carefully roasting his marshmallow with a VERY long stick.  Yes, they are one of the messiest snacks you can give a kid, but also one of the most fun to make....not to mention delicious!  Ah summer!
