Project Organization (Food Storage Cabinet)

Since I am on maternity leave for 12 weeks, I figured I better do something useful with my time when Colin is napping and Scott is at school.  I've decided to tackle some organization projects around the house that are way past due!  The project I started with was our kitchen food storage cabinet.  I'm not even going to tell you how many plastic takeout containers we had saved....why????  I ended up throwing away quite a bit of useless items and just simplifying in general.  Take a look.

 Now, the challenge will be keeping it this neat....I'm up for it!
